Our Story

About me

I come from a Sicilian family of bakers and pastry chefs.
The passion and love for cooking was born when my father took me around the Sicilian markets where together we selected the best raw materials, enhancing and respecting what the Sicilian land has to offer.

Over the years I have had various experiences and collaborations with Italian chefs and pastry chefs, then I decided to move to Estonia where my passion for this profession has always increased. I worked with several local chefs with whom we exchanged opinions and advice.

My best specialties

I love making bread with different types of flour and special ferments that give the dough a scent. My pizza with Sicilian dough has always been my ``best`` and it's perfect combined with a wood-burning oven.

My style of cooking is studied in a specific way, in order to satisfy every need. I have cooked for people who were on all kinds of different diets. I like to balance calories and your preferred food, creating the perfect balance. I love cooking for new people. I am available for different collaborations, to teach you how to cook or just simply cook for you.
